As another day passes in It plexus , the feeling to learn
grows even more . As the classes are commencing exactly on
time , students learn to be discipline and punctual .
Punctuality is one very important aspect in any
professionals life.Every single day there is something new
to learn . When few students had come to improve their soft
skills and communication skills , it was such a pleasure
seeing the youngsters learning with so much enthusiasm.
Unlike the other places It plexus stands a step ahead by
having unity between the members. A very friendly
environment which is once again another important aspect to
be learn't and more than just learning , following is what
matters !!!A place where everyone is so helpful and
friendly , Everyone would surely love to be associated with
it plexus for long.
It is such a pleasure to know an institute like it plexus.
Day by day the students who are interning with It plexus
have gained so much confidence that now their attitude
represents and speaks out "The harder i work , more luck i
seem to have".To see someone growing day after day , any
professional would feel like talking these shining stars
under their shell and make their own business organization
flourish.It plexus is achieving the goals step by step and
the standards are growing much higher .Imparting practical
knowledge enables the interns to understand the reality and
the competition outside in the industry.Providing assurance
to all the interns of proper technical n communication
skills which will help them to break the difficulty outside
and get their way right in this competitive world.
Implementation of new ideas , new thoughts into the training work makes
the learning process very innovative . As more number of interns are
joining ,It plexus feels better , and gives an immense chance of growth
.The enthusiasm is increasing amongst the interns as the day
passes...Believing in the quality of productivity , all the interns are
satisfied with the work and the environment.
As recently experienced by ITPLEXUS the most awaiting 2 days, and that the
JOB FAIR. A complete new way of working was learnt in these two days.
Working even on the weekends shows the spirit in the employees of
ITPLEXUS. Working with so much dedication and enthusiasm gets everyone,
another new chance to prove their worth to ITPLEXUS. ITPLEXUS is
constantly working on their dream goals and aims that have to be achieved.
Behind every single dream goal there is a person who wants to achieve it.
The point which is remarkable in ITPLEXUS is that every employee is
working day and night just to achieve that one dream goal which further
leads to another, with a great support, unity and the last but not the
least HARDWORK!!

The New Era of Mentoring
We are back, Back to the blog, Having keeping ourselves busy with the First Steps being made in establishing ITPLEXUS India Pvt, Ltd. Check the First Post to have the background
IT PLEXUS has grown and is constantly improving on its facilities and infrastructure.
A small group now is emerging to be a bigger organisation in terms of providing knowledge and practical education.
Having interns in IT PLEXUS it has not only helped the students but also IT PLEXUS.
It has given the organisation a chance to grow and develop for better and 'THE BEST'.
Associated with this organisation feels great!As earlier mentioned by others,where the comparisions were made with ice-cream with opportunity.
Now considering of being a part of IT PLEXUS,it feels surely a lot more than just an ice-cream.
I am sure it is no exaguration because the institute is really helping to bridge up the gap between the students capability and the industries expectations.IT PLEXUS has also emerged as a great medium by providing or guiding way to the young job seekers.

I being a known stranger to the world of ITPLEXUS starting with my first post to this blog, sharing and revealing what the future generation of Indian IT Industry is currently thinking, and what we being the generation which brought Indian IT Industry to the current state planning the future for them
As rightly said by Albert Einstein “imagination is more important than knowledge”.
For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand imagination points to all we might discover and create. We believe that one should trust in oneself and a good life is inspired by love and guided by knowledge. This is the reason that ITPLEXUS has come up with a new initiative called project 2010. It is a start or a new beginning by us to promote or encourage by training the UPCOMING STARS of IT. Every individual at some point of time always needs a slight push to reach what is dreamt.
I (We) think that an individual must dream,
As only when we dream,
We know what we want and
When we know what we want
We have an aim or a goal to achieve and
When we know what we have to achieve there we understand the meaning and path to be travelled in life. We with our initiative of PROJECT2010 want to be like the ‘Root guides’ on roads as we have on student’s career, so that we are able guide, support them and make them shine in their respective life careers. Everyone have their own opinion about various things in life that come their way but life is all about making wise choices. It’s not always that opportunity knocks everyone’s door but here is project 2010 a new opportunity to avail and utilize.
PROJECT 2010 has a very wide scope in the nearing future. What I define ‘scope’ is completely on different terms. Scope to us means ‘Growth’. Growth of students that they are achieving on a regular basis in the program Project2010. For us each and every single achievement concurred by the students is the time for celebrations! This whole Project 2010 is based on students and Growth in their respective careers, which gets us a step closer to our target. Our target is long way to achieve, but each step taken towards the target counts for us. We believe in taking count or dragging our attention to the smallest issue and solving them. Example while we are walking in a path, we are very particular about the very small stones so that it doesn’t hurt us by any which way. Lessons are learnt from each and everything we do. It is rightly said that learning goes endless, as we grow there is a way to learn more and more. Learning never ends but it is also rightly heard that life is like an ice cream. Live it (Eat it) before it melts.
!!! What two contradictory statements!!! But don’t both statements have a complete logic to apply in an individual’s life. Yes, it is like a story we tell toddlers, but what we talk is surely by our past experience right??
This is why we say that
It’s not always you have a cherry on top of your ice cream but
When we have that cherry,
Why not Grab it!
Here, I am relating cherry to the opportunity in one’s life. As already mentioned earlier, it’s not always that we have opportunity rocking every individual’s door, but when it’s there, why not Grab it.
HUH??
PROJECT 2010 is such an opportunity to all the young students who wants to enter the big, huge, competitive IT industry. One who understands what he/ she wants to achieve in life or who have worked hard and are ready to put in their efforts and waiting for just one slight guide or push ready from the industry. They will surely understand the value about an extra cherry in an individual’s career. We are ready to help or guide such people or students who want to get an icing in their career. But not a worry to the students who have not realized the ‘extra cherry’ that they need. Project 2010 also guides and makes them realize as what is the purpose of studying these many years and what is expected out of them by the end of the day. So ‘no worry’ to anyone who is looking forward for something exciting in their careers, Project 2010 is ready at your services.
Realization plays a keen role in anyone’s life. Until this tool of realization is there, things are smooth and fine because only when this is there with oneself, there is something called inner self, giving confidence, encouragement, which makes a person going all the time, and that is what we all want right ! What is the point even though the opportunity at your end but lack of realization of the need and value, refuse it?? This is a very important thing that one must always remember.
